Freebie Friday – Dropbox

When working on many marketing projects whether it be with an agency, designer, or printer you will find yourself needing to send large files.  These files are generally too large to send through email or fit just below the size requirements but will eventually take up all of your email storage.  This is where Dropbox comes in.  Dropbox allows users to upload files and send direct download links to anyone through email.  While there are many similar services, Dropbox is widely used which increases the chances that the person you are collaborating with already has a Dropbox account as well.  Most jobs can usually be done with a free account if you delete old files from time to time.  If you need to store many large files for a long period of time, Dropbox does offer paid accounts starting at $8.25/month for 1 TB of storage.  Sign up for Dropbox to make your file sharing a breeze.
